I loved the attention to detail from Dr. Nam and he did a great job with my teeth. All the dentist assistant Cecil, Diana P., Kim and Avilex were very professional and very sweet. They made sure that I was comfortable and help me with all my needs. The front office staff Kristina and Alex were so delightful and helpful always had a smile. I recommend them to everyone.

Davenport Modern Dentistry is my new dental family! Words will never be enough to thank Hennessy, Armando, Cecil, Diana, Gabby and of course Dr.Pham. I called on an early Saturday morning, hysterically crying, feeling absolutely helpless after losing my partial for my front tooth! Not only did I think I was about to walk around without a front tooth for the duration of my Disney College Program, I was in a state I was unfamiliar with, with what felt like no support. Hennessy promptly, and politely answered the phone. Hearing the frantic state I was in, she was quick to reassure me in every way saying “come down to the office, we will take care of you, don’t worry”. She made my appointment for that same morning, 30 minutes after my call and sent me my new patient forms, but most importantly told me everything would be alright. Something about when she said this made me believe it was true and that I was going to be in the proper care. I rushed to the office where I was greeted again, by Hennessy who still kept her calm, comforting spirit about her. As I entered I was also greeted by Dr. Pham who, was not all the way certain as to what was the matter just yet, but he looked at me, saw the tears flooding uncontrollably down my face, asked if I wanted a hug, and fulfilled the most sincere embrace. He looked at me and promised he was not going to let me leave without a tooth. Cecil, Diana, and Gabby were my support system throughout the entire visit. I could not have made it through without them. They were patient, professional, transparent, efficient, understanding, and loving and I left with advice and guidance to take with me in my personal life. They made me feel seen, and I truly felt I had a village surrounding me. Armando, was genuinely a star! He made sure I was comfortable, explained each step along the way, and did a phenomenal job on my new permanent partial!! Not only was he and Dr. Pham considerate of my traumatic situation, they kept their promise and allowed me to leave even more satisfied than I could have imagined. Davenport Modern Dentistry keeps their promises. They do not look at you as just a patient, they treat you like family, someone they truly care about helping. My confidence is on another level because of this amazing team. I have always been terrified of the dentist, but I do look forward to seeing them again. I highly encourage you to choose this office for any and every dental need. From the blanket provided to me to calm my anxiety and provide warmth, to the level of knowledge each staff member had, the clean and contemporary space - I am beyond impressed and sincerely grateful for the work, compassion and efficiency put into my treatment. I would like to thank Dr. Pham and his stunning team for all their hard work from the bottom of my heart. My tears of dismay and helplessness quickly transitioned into tears of happiness and weightlessness! It felt amazing to see the entire staff surround me with love and you could tell each one of them had the same goal in mind from the beginning and had every intention on satisfying that goal. They are truly life savers that take pride in going above and beyond and I am overjoyed to have found my dental family. Thank you so much again.
